Quick Overview

Even though we say so ourselves, the USB Space Mouse is just plain weird – a wireless mouse that you’re supposed to wave in the air like a Wiimote or on the desk like a normal rodent.

Odd as that may be, it’s actually the perfect controller for a spot of sofa surfing or YouTube viewing without the hassle of using Windows Media Center.

Product Description

The USB Wireless Space Mouse starts life as a normal 800dpi wireless mouse with a scroll wheel – charge it up by USB and operate as normal (left- or right-handed).

Wireless Space Mouse

It gets really cool, however, when you retire to the sofa to surf at leisure or flick through a view vids on YouTube or a standalone player. Just flip the mouse over and a tilt switch recognizes that it’s now in Space Mode, where the optical sensor becomes a trackpad.

From then on, you can just run your finger over the infrared window to move the cursor and tap to click – nothing simpler.

The Wireless Space Mouse has a range of up to 8m and comes with an RF/charging dongle that attaches to a free USB port on your computer.
